Jim Harkness

Jim Harkness is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Regional Operations Director at Red Robin since October 2003. Previously, Jim served as a Sergeant in the US Army from May 1983 to May 1986, where valuable leadership skills were honed. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management from Central Michigan University, attended from 1986 to 1990, and is a graduate of East Detroit High School.
