Shelly R. Wilt

Shelly R. Wilt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership roles within the hospitality and restaurant industries. Currently serving as the Chief Member at Chief since October 2023 and as Head of Talent Acquisition at Red Robin since July 2023, Shelly has also held significant positions such as Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at CAVA, Talent Acquisition Manager at Bloomin' Brands, and Board Member of the Restaurant Recruitment Roundtable. Early career experience includes roles in talent acquisition consulting and a co-founder position at Stocker & Associates, LLC. Shelly's career began at Oakwood, where leadership was provided in upscale corporate housing operations. Education was completed at West Virginia University, where a degree in Biology and Biochemistry was earned.
