Director Of Population Health at Red Rock

Dr. Deb McCullock DNP, MS, APRN-CNP has a diverse work experience that spans various fields and organizations. Dr. Deb has served as the Executive Director of LUKA International Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on building partnerships and seeking resource opportunities for efforts in Zambia and around the world. Dr. Deb has also been involved in volunteer mobilization, project management, and team leadership for The Zambia Partnership at Oklahoma City First Church of the Nazarene.

Dr. McCullock has held the position of Director of Population Health at Red Rock Behavioral Health Services, leading the development of the Population Health program and promoting improved access to outpatient physical health care. Dr. Deb has also worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Variety Care, providing primary care in a Federally Qualified Health Center and other healthcare facilities.

In addition to their work in healthcare, Dr. McCullock has engaged in humanitarian work as a Family Nurse Practitioner with Loyal Source Government Services, providing public health screening for migrants at the U.S./Mexico border. Dr. Deb has also served as the Director of Operations at Global Care Force and as the Director of Homeless Outreach & Engagement and Supportive Communities at City Care.

Dr. McCullock has academic experience as well, serving as an Assistant Professor at Southern Nazarene University and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Southern Nazarene University School of Nursing. Dr. Deb has also held a part-time clinical position as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Armor Correctional Health Services, providing healthcare services for inmates at the Oklahoma County Detention Center during their doctorate research project.

Dr. Deb McCullock earned their Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing from Redlands Community College in 1987. Dr. Deb then went on to complete their Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Southern Nazarene University in 2001. In 2005, they obtained their Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Dr. McCullock continued their education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where they earned their Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Advanced Practice Nursing from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their degrees, Dr. McCullock also holds several certifications. Dr. Deb obtained a Certificate in Global Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in December 2017. Dr. Deb obtained certification in Pain Management Nursing from the American Society for Pain Management Nursing - ASPMN in July 2013. In January 2012, they completed the Train the Trainer program from the End of Life Nursing Education Consortium - ELNEC. Finally, they obtained certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners in July 2005.
