Amy Sample - Barranco has over 20 years of experience in the business development and event management industry. Amy began their career in 1997 as a Public Relations and Special Event Manager for Daytona International Speedway. In 2000, they joined Walt Disney Imagineering as a Special Event Manager, where they managed the marketing and event coordination of themed special events. In 2002, they became a Sales Manager for Executive Meetings at Gaylord Palms Resort, where they generated new sales initiatives and secured contracts for local social events. In 2004, Amy joined The Walt Disney Company as a Corporate Business Development Manager, where they identified and contracted company-wide strategic Corporate Alliance partnerships with corporate partners. Amy also furthered new business initiatives to promote key Disney initiatives and enhance the overall guest experience. In 2017, they became an Independent Consultant, working as a Business Development and Sales Consultant. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a New Business Development and Sales Consultant at Play with a Purpose and then as a Business Development Specialist at Event Industry Marketing by Beatcreative. Currently, Amy is the Director of New Business Development at Red Rocket Studios.

Amy Sample Barranco has a Paralegal Certification from Duquesne University's School of Law, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management from Point Park University, and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Management from Penn State University.
