In 1995, they joined Ramada Plaza Hotel as a Front Office Manager. Later, in 1999, George joined Red Roof Inn, where they held multiple roles, including General Manager and Franchise Operations Director. As a General Manager, they were responsible for managing various departments and ensuring guest satisfaction. Throughout their career, George has gained extensive experience in hotel operations and has a proven track record in delivering high-quality service.
George Kacprzykowski attended Middlesex College from 1983 to 1985, where they studied Hotel/Motel Administration/Management. In 1999, they completed the Red Roof Inns Management Training Program. In 2013, they also received certification in GM Revenue Management from Red Roof Inns.
