Max Janow CHA CTA CHIA has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Max began their career as an Area Operations Manager at US Shoe Corporation, where they supervised 15 store managers across multiple states. Afterward, Max joined Accor, where they served as a General Manager at various Red Roof Inn properties, including DFW International Airport and William P. Hobby International Airport. Max then moved on to Westmont Hospitality Group, where they held the position of General Manager at multiple Red Roof Inn locations, including San Antonio Downtown-Riverwalk and Seattle International Airport. Max later became the General Manager at Aloft by the Galleria Houston, a position they held until 2018. During their time there, they were responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Max also held leadership roles in various industry associations, such as the Greater Knoxville Hospitality Association, Tennessee Hospitality & Tourism Association, and San Antonio Hotel & Lodging Association. In addition, they served on the board of directors for the latter two associations. Max is a Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) and holds certifications in Hospitality Administration (CHA) and Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA).
Max Janow CHA CTA CHIA obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from US Navy Afloat Education in the years 1983 to 1987. Additionally, Max holds a certification as a Certified Tourism Ambassador from the Tourism Ambassador Institute.
