Alexis Patinier has extensive experience in process fermentation engineering, currently serving as a Process Fermentation Engineer at Red Star Yeast Company LLC since February 2022. Prior to this role, Alexis worked at Lesaffre Magyarország and Groupe CÉMOI, contributing to process improvements and staff training in fermentation methodologies. Relevant experience also includes a role as an I&D Assistant Engineer in Food Bioprocessing at the University of Reading, focusing on the study of whey properties and protocol evaluation. Earlier in the career, Alexis worked as a laboratory technician at Lesaffre, developing training manuals and validation protocols. Alexis holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Biological and Food Engineering from Polytech Lille, earned from 2015 to 2020.
