Kevin Welsh

Kevin Welsh is currently the Director of Acquisitions at Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where Kevin previously held the position of Senior Vice President in Acquisitions. Prior to their role at Red Stone Equity Partners, Kevin gained extensive experience at Wells Fargo, where Kevin served as a Capital Markets Manager and Vice President. Their responsibilities included negotiating letters of intent, underwriting and closing direct LIHTC equity investments, and maintaining relationships with LIHTC developers. Kevin also has a background in financial analysis and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics from the University of San Diego.
