Judon Bowden

Judon Bowden has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Judon started their career at Jamaica National Building Society as a Human Resource Officer, where they implemented innovative HR solutions such as designing and introducing an HRMobileApp. Judon then moved to Jamaica Public Service Company Limited as a Human Resource Officer, where they successfully led the design and development of a wage and benefits negotiation framework and improved employee engagement. Later, they joined Brasserie Nationale d'Haiti S.A. as a Human Resource Director a.i., where they worked on a short-term assignment in Haiti, leading the HR function and gaining valuable experience working in a different culture. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Human Resources at Red Stripe Corporate, where they oversee the HR operations and also served as a Human Resource Business Partner in different departments.

Judon Bowden completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at the University of Technology, Jamaica from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2008, Bowden completed a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the same university. Additionally, Bowden has acquired several certifications, including "DIGIFIT Learning Journey – Part 1" from The HEINEKEN Company in March 2022, "How to Train Your Brain For Happiness" from LinkedIn in March 2022, and "Leading at a Distance" from LinkedIn in April 2020.
