Neil Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Neil started their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as an officer, commander, and tactical aviator until their retirement in 2017. During their time in the Air Force, they held various leadership positions and completed multiple assignments, both in the United States and overseas.

After leaving the military, Neil joined Check-6 as a performance consultant, where they worked with Chevron Completions, focusing on coaching and implementing plan-based execution techniques in the oil and gas industry.
