Ty H.

Ty H. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a PC Repair Technician and Wiring Assistant at DowdSystem Administration. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a PC Repair Technician at ZBx Technology. In 2013, they joined Secant Technologies as a Remote Support Engineer, where they provided support for network devices, servers, virtualization technologies, and various software solutions. After two years, they became a Technical Lead & Level 3 Support Engineer at ZBx Technology, where they continued to provide support and also led projects. In 2017, they took on the role of Senior TSC Support Analyst at ACM Group PLC. From 2018 to 2020, Ty worked at Magna International as a Systems/Network Administrator.
