Jenny Liu Cichy

Jenny Liu Cichy, CHRL, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources & Total Rewards at Redberry Restaurants since March 2017. In this role, Jenny acts as a people manager, overseeing project assignments and performance reviews while fostering professional development for HR team members. Previously, as a Generalist in Human Resources at Redberry, responsibilities included serving as an HR advisor and liaison for employee relations matters. Prior to Redberry, Jenny spent nearly nine years at State Street, where roles included Training and Development Specialist and Manager of Securities Valuation, focusing on employee onboarding, recruitment, and team management. Early career experience includes a position as a Credit Administration Officer at TD. Jenny holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business Administration from Lazaridis School of Business & Economics, a Human Resources Management Certificate from George Brown College, and the CHRL designation from the Human Resources Professional Association.
