Stephen Pereira

Stephen Pereira has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Stephen started their career at Cara Operations in 2000, where they held various positions including Operating Partner, Area Manager, Manager of Operations Planning & Training, and Director of Franchisee Relations and Training. In 2015, they joined M&M Meat Shops as the Director of Operations, where they worked until 2020. Stephen then served as the Director of Operations at BarBurrito Restaurants Inc. from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they work as the Director of Operations for Redberry Restaurants, specifically for Redberry Taco Bell.
