William J. has worked in the gaming industry for over 20 years. William began their career in 2000 at Electronic Arts as the Player Relations Lead, where they evaluated and updated support policies for Ultima Online, The Sims Online, Earth and Beyond, and Motor City Online, and co-created in-game support training curriculum for The Sims Online and Motor City Online. William then moved to NCsoft in 2004 as the Customer Support Lead. In 2014, they joined Redhawk Aero, LLC as a Project Coordinator. Finally, they joined Redbird Flight Simulations in 2016, where they have held the roles of Director of Customer Success, Certification Manager, and Sales Representative.
William J. attended Texas State University from 1991 to 1995, studying Computer Information Systems.
