Carlos Arpon Zufiaur

Carlos Arpon Zufiaur is a seasoned computer engineer with extensive experience in technology, cybersecurity, and trade consultancy. Currently, Carlos holds the position of Computer Engineer in the Innovation Department at Osakidetza and serves as the Product Manager for Redborder, a company within the Innovalia group specializing in cutting-edge technologies and cybersecurity. Previous roles include researcher at UPV/EHU and several positions within the CAESA-VICINAY GROUP and Iberdrola, where responsibilities ranged from I.T. coordination to assisting executive management. Carlos has also worked as a Computer & Trade Adviser for Spanish trade commissions in Angola, Buenos Aires, and Hong Kong, promoting Spanish products and providing technical support.
