Raman Karputs

Raman Karputs began their professional career in 2018 as a Trainee Software Testing Engineer at the Educational Center of HTP "IT Academy". During their time there they studied the basics of software testing with a project defending at the end of the course. The project was a desktop application and the process of defending included application requirements analysis and debugging, test plan and test result report creation, test cases development, bug reporting, functional and UI testing.

In 2019, Raman Karputs took on two roles, first as a Trainee Software Testing Engineer at EPAM Systems. During their time there they were involved in web-based application testing which represented a video service with movies, series and TV channels. Theirscope of work included application requirements analysis, test cases development and execution, regression testing, functional testing, Rewrite tool (Charles Proxy) and DevTools using.

Also in 2019, Raman Karputs began working as a Software Testing Engineer at REDCap Cloud. Theirscope of work included functional testing, API testing in Postman, bugs reporting in JIRA Cloud, test cases development in TestRail, regression testing, cross browser and responsive testing in BrowserStack, new features testing, UI testing, testing without requirements, etc.

Raman Karputs attended Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno from 2011 to 2016, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. Raman then attended IT Academy from 2018 to 2019, where they studied Functional Software Testing. In February 2019, they obtained a Software Testing Engineer certification from the Educational Center of HTP "IT Academy".
