Rafael Arias

Rafael Arias is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and software analysis, currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and Software QA Engineer at RedCap Technologies, A Solera Company, since May 2019. Previously, Rafael held the position of Global Process & Software QA Analyst at Brightstar Corp. from May 2017 to May 2019, and worked as a Structural Intern at Aimful Books for a brief period in 2016. Early in Rafael’s career, a role as Quality Control and Training Supervisor was undertaken at National Police Ammunition from May 2013 to July 2015. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Services with a focus on Business Analytics from Florida International University, completed in 2017, and has also enhanced communication skills through a Public Speaking & Leadership course at the University of Cambridge in 2009.
