Jim Palmatier

Jim Palmatier is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Mechanical Engineer at REDCOM Laboratories, Inc. since August 2020, Jim has previously held positions ranging from Manufacturing Engineer at IEC Electronics Corp. to Quality and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at DAU Thermal Solutions Inc. Jim's career also includes roles as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at L-3 Communications and Principal Mechanical Engineer at Harris RF Communications, with a strong focus on process development, operations oversight, and product release.
