Vinay Sridhar

Vinay Sridhar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and strategy, currently serving as Product Lead for Shopping Ads and Commerce at Reddit, Inc. since 2022, where Vinay also undertakes the role of Interim Head of Product Marketing for the Lower Funnel Ads business. Prior to Reddit, Vinay worked at Spotify, managing content acquisition and monetization strategies for Spotify Podcasts, and previously held positions at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and Business Analyst. Early career experiences include a Strategy Internship at Spotify and an Analyst role in the Prime Minister's Office for the Government of India, where Vinay founded a key office, as well as a brief tenure as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank. Vinay holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and dual degrees in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
