Connie Damayanti

Connie Damayanti has held various roles in the field of HR throughout their career. Connie is currently working at RedDoorz as the Regional SVP HR (SEA) since February 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of VP HR Regional SEA at RedDoorz from February 2021 to October 2023. Previous to their experience at RedDoorz, Connie worked at Home Credit Indonesia as VP HRBP and HR Compliance from January 2019 to January 2021, and as HRBP Lead from April 2018 to December 2018. Connie also served as the Head of HC Division at PT. Mega Central Finance from September 2017 to April 2018. Before that, they worked at Home Credit Indonesia as AVP HR Operations from August 2015 to August 2017. Prior to joining Home Credit Indonesia, they held the position of Head of C&B and HR Operation at PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk from October 2014 to August 2015. Connie's previous experience also includes roles such as HR Operation Manager at PT. Bakrie Telecom Tbk from October 2010 to September 2014, HR Personnel Supervisor at PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk from June 2007 to September 2010, HR Executive at PT. Mulia Intipelangi from January 2005 to June 2006, and Training Specialist at PT Gilang Agung Persada from January 2004 to January 2005. Connie began their career at ANZ Bank as a Service Center Officer from August 1999 to March 2002.

Connie Damayanti received their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the London School of Public Relations, where they studied from 1997 to 2002.
