Kelly Robinson

Kelly Robinson is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in recruitment technology and software solutions. Currently serving as CEO of RedDot since November 2017, Kelly focuses on business operations, strategy, and automation to enhance application quality through agency expertise and analytics. As a co-founder of Paiger since January 2018, Kelly has contributed to the development of an AI marketing assistant designed for recruiters. Additionally, Kelly holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Staffing Future, which supports over 250 clients globally with tech-enabled recruitment solutions. Past roles include advisory positions at Gamesmith Inc., Recruitology, Job.com, and Udder, as well as a significant tenure as CEO of Broadbean Technology, where Kelly oversaw major growth and product strategy. Kelly's career began with co-founding MECS Communications and MECS (Europe) Limited, specializing in telecom recruitment and open-source software staffing, respectively.
