Juan M. Estrada

Juan M. Estrada currently serves as the Market General Manager of Dallas at Reddy Ice, overseeing a revenue-generating business of over $50 million and managing a workforce of more than 150 employees across multiple manufacturing facilities and distribution centers. With full P&L responsibility, Juan Estrada leads efforts in Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Distribution, Engineering, Maintenance, Environmental Health & Safety, Talent, and Purchasing. Prior to Reddy Ice, Juan Estrada held various titles at Thompson Pipe Group, including Director of Operational Excellence and Plant Manager for both Los Angeles and Dallas, as well as Production Manager. Juan Estrada's career began at Rinker Materials, where responsibilities included Operational Excellence Engineer and Production Control Coordinator. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Tarrant County College.
