Meily Cassemiro Santos has extensive experience in educational management and pedagogy, currently serving as the Gestora Pedagógica at Rede Salesiana Brasil since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing educational processes, data analysis, and developing feedback mechanisms for school leadership. Additionally, Meily Cassemiro Santos holds the position of Mentora Pedagógica at Kanttum, providing personalized mentoring for basic education teachers. With a diverse educational background, including a Master's degree in Educational Project Management from the University of São Paulo, and various roles, such as project manager for the Rede Salesiana Brasil and a member of the ANEC working groups, Meily Cassemiro Santos actively contributes to educational improvement and innovation, while also being involved in mentoring through their own initiative, "Educar para Inspirar."
