Julie Botset

Julie Botset has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Julie is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Redeemer Presbyterian Church. Prior to this, they worked as an HR, Culture, and Change Management Consultant and Owner at Your Fractional Ministry Executive, Inc. In this role, they provided executive level leadership and manpower for strategic projects and conducted audits to identify gaps in processes and documentation.

Julie has also worked at Journey Christian Church, where they held various roles including Director of Adult Ministry, Director of Operations, and Director of UpStreet. In these positions, they provided leadership, managed business practices, and oversaw large volunteer teams for ministry purposes.

Earlier in their career, Julie held executive positions at Performance Food Group.
