Gur Shapira

Gur Shapira currently serves as the R&D Director of Mechanical Engineering at Redefine Meat since October 2019. Prior to this role, Gur held the position of Project Manager at Scodix from April 2010 to October 2019, overseeing overall project management and contributing to company strategy. Gur also worked as the Mechanical R&D Manager at Matan Digital Printers from March 2006 to March 2010, where responsibilities included managing the mechanical department and executing the development of new printing machines. Earlier in the career, Gur was the Mechanical R&D Manager at HP (Scitex Vision) from 1998 to 2005.
