Elena Navas Murillo

Elena Navas Murillo has a comprehensive work experience that spans several companies and roles. Elena began their career in 2002 at Isdefe, where they worked as a Senior HR Generalist and gained valuable experience in career planning and training management.

In 2013, Elena shifted their focus to the IT sector and worked as an IT Talent Acquisition and Consultant Sales professional in two companies. During this time, they specialized as an IT recruiter and also assumed the role of a Consultant 360, working closely with clients.

From 2016 to 2021, Elena joined Avantgarde IT Services, S.L. as a People & Culture Manager and Tech Recruiter. Elena played a crucial role in implementing HR processes from scratch, designing recruitment strategies, and executing HR strategies to foster a stronger culture and climate.

In 2021, Elena took on a dual role as a Professor of People Analytics at EIP - Escuela Internacional de Posgrados, where they taught subjects related to predictive techniques and metrics in personnel selection and developed content for classes and case studies.

Since 2021, Elena has also been serving as the Head of People & Culture for Spain and Portugal at Digital Group - Agencia de Medios. In this role, they are responsible for leading the People & Culture processes, including employee engagement, performance management, employee development, and recruitment.

Currently, Elena is set to join Redegal in 2023 as the People & Culture Director.

Elena Navas Murillo completed their education at the ESIC Business & Marketing School from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a Master's degree in HR and Organization. Prior to that, they attended the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria from 1996 to 2002, earning a Law degree. Additionally, Elena has obtained several certifications, including Cultura Organizacional from EvergreenPM in February 2021, People Analytics-Analytics and data in HR from RH Talento y Personas in September 2020, and ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Talent (ICP-TAL) certification from ICAgile in February 2020.
