Braydon Sanders

Braydon Sanders is an experienced professional in training and management, currently serving as the Recruiting and Training Manager at Redemption Psychiatry since January 2022. In this role, Braydon collaborates with the CEO to assess training needs and align them with the organization's strategic goals. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Training Manager and Sales Trainer at Connect Wireless, where Braydon developed training content to enhance sales performance and leadership skills, and Retail Sales Manager at Spring Mobile, focusing on execution of sales and service initiatives.
