Christophe Tavan

Christophe Tavan is an experienced retail and operations manager with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Retail Shop Manager at Redemption Roasters since October 2021, Tavan previously held the position of UK Representative at SARL MARC PEYREY from August 2018 to August 2022. Tavan's freelance work involved developing the Philip Maes Fine Chocolates brand and advising the Marc Peyrey brand.
