Chelsea Schlacks is a seasoned professional in the healthcare and finance sectors, currently serving as Principal and previously in various roles including Senior Associate and Associate at Redesign Health since August 2022, focusing on innovations in healthcare. As a Co-Founder of Rising Women in Healthcare since January 2023, Chelsea contributes to a community dedicated to supporting female leaders in the industry. Chelsea's background includes experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities involved analyzing mergers and acquisitions, as well as serving as CEO of Campus Enterprises, a student-run business at Duke University. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and Economics from Duke University, complemented by internships at SuitUp Incorporated and Goldman Sachs.
