Erin Isaak

Erin Isaak, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Sr. Director of People Experience at Redesign Health, a position held since May 2022, after previously holding the role of Director of People Experience. Erin Isaak is also the owner of Erin Isaak Consulting, providing coaching and consulting services since August 2019, focusing on behavioral and process-oriented changes to enhance organizational effectiveness. Prior experiences include roles such as Director of People at Gallus Medical Detox Centers and Director of Organizational Development at Forte Research Systems, Inc., where strategies were developed to improve employee engagement and retention. Previous positions also include managing proposals at Epic and financial operations at Insight, as well as a role in human resources at Wells Fargo. Erin Isaak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior & Leadership from Edgewood College.
