Leann D. Arkema, MA, is an accomplished leader in healthcare innovation and organizational management, currently serving as the Director of Relationship Management at Redesign Health, where significant contributions are made to the success of start-up companies in healthcare. With a background as CEO and Owner of Leann D. Arkema Consulting & Project Management, extensive experience in strategic consulting, operational planning, and project management has been provided. Previously, Arkema held key executive roles including COO and Interim President at Breakthrough Behavioral, Inc., where an innovative tele-behavioral health SaaS platform was built and scaled, and as President and CEO of Gilda's LaughFest and Gilda's Club Grand Rapids, where impactful emotional healthcare services were developed.
