Ilan Caplan

Ilan Caplan currently serves as Senior Vice President at Redeux Energy, overseeing commercial project sales for early to mid-stage solar and battery energy storage projects. Previously, Ilan held the same title at hep solar North America, focusing on utility-scale solar project development. As Co-Founder and Vice-President of Peak Clean Energy, Ilan was instrumental in developing renewable energy projects, including an 80MW wind project and a solar portfolio sold to hep Solar. Earlier roles include Director of Finance and Business Development at juwi Holding AG, where Ilan managed North American project sales and financial analysis, and Vice President at Compass Energies, Inc., co-leading development activities for mid-scale wind projects. Ilan also gained experience at Clipper Windpower, GE Renewable Energy, and Enron Caribbean, contributing to various wind energy projects and financial transactions. Education includes an MPA and BBA in Finance and Accounting from Texas McCombs School of Business.
