Ton van de Grampel

Ton van de Grampel has over 30 years of work experience in various HR roles. Ton started their career at ING, where they held various positions in the Netherlands and Canada from 1991 to 1999. Ton then joined Korn/Ferry International as a Client Partner from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, they moved to ABN AMRO as Global Head of HR Group Functions until 2005, and then as EVP HR Asia Pacific from 2006 to 2007. Ton joined Cofra Latin America as HR Director in 2008 before becoming HR Director at C&A Europe from 2009 to 2014. Ton is currently the CHRO at Redevco BV since 2014. Ton van de Grampel has vast experience in HR and holds key leadership positions in several organizations.

Ton van de Grampel completed their Master's degree in Dutch Civil Law at Leiden University from 1983 to 1989.
