Vincent Bacas

Vincent Bacas has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Vincent is currently serving as the Portfolio Director NL & Head of Country at Redevco B.V. Prior to this, they held the positions of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Chief Executive & Commercial Officer (CEO & CCO) at MVRO - Building the best retail & leisure experience and MtoBuild - Creating value in Real Estate respectively. Before that, they served as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at CNSTRCT - Building and Beyond. Vincent also has experience as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ATOP and MVRO, and as a Management Consultant and Strategy Consultant at dutch and Adviesbureau De Vaart B.V. respectively. Vincent began their career as a Relocation Coordinator at Voerman International.

Vincent Bacas has a Bachelor's degree in Logistiek & Economie, which they obtained from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam (HES) between 1996 and 2001. Before that, they completed their VWO degree at Thomas More College from 1990 to 1996. In terms of professional development, Vincent has pursued various short-term courses and programs. In 2007, they attended Arpa Learn Instituut for LEAN Management training. In 2001, they received auditing training from Lloyd's Register. In 2016-2017, Vincent participated in a Strategic Leadership Program at Nyenrode Business University. More recently, in 2021, they undertook a Business English course at the International Language Centre. In 2023, they attended London South Bank University for studies on Sustainable Construction and Development, and later pursued a program on Driving Sustainable Transformation at IMD.
