Christopher Baird

Christopher Baird is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in management and sales roles. Currently serving as Market Manager at Redfin since February 2021, Christopher provides real estate guidance, manages budget forecasts, and is responsible for recruiting and training agents. Prior to this position, Christopher was the Chief Operating Officer at LAER Realty Partners and held the role of Team Leader at Keller Williams, Eastern Middlesex, where duties included recruiting and developing top talent. Christopher also worked as a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Larchmont and began a career in retail sales with Ralph Lauren, achieving significant sales milestones. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UMass Boston, complemented by studies at the University of Massachusetts and the University of Mississippi.
