Sophia Friend is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in driving growth and innovation across various organizations. Currently serving as Product Lead for the Growth team at HubSpot, Sophia manages a team of product managers and spearheads a critical initiative to diversify revenue streams. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at HubSpot, where Sophia established a trials team integral to the company’s acquisition strategy, and Senior Product Manager for Ecommerce at Panera Bread, focusing on enhancing digital customer experiences. Additional experience includes significant roles at CVS Health, George P Johnson Experience Marketing, and other notable companies, complemented by a strong academic background with a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College and a Business Bridge degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
