Alissa Feig

Alissa Feig is a seasoned professional in global compensation and talent management, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Compensation & Talent Management Programs at Red Hat since May 2012. Alissa's career at Red Hat has included roles such as Senior Director of Global Compensation, Director of Global Compensation Programs & Consulting, Senior Manager of Global Compensation Consulting, and Senior Global Compensation Consultant. Prior to Red Hat, Alissa worked at IBM from June 2005 to May 2012, holding positions including Global Compensation Program Manager and HR Partner.
