Kayce Valdes

Kayce Valdes, CMP, CDMP, is a seasoned program marketing manager and event coordinator with extensive experience in planning and executing corporate events. Currently at Red Hat since April 2019, Kayce manages events for leadership development programs while collaborating with branding teams to ensure consistent communication and representation. Prior roles include office manager and event planner at Arysta LifeScience, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting and conference organization, and earlier roles in public relations and marketing internships that involved drafting press releases, enhancing social media strategies, and generating engaging content. Kayce holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from East Carolina University, obtained in 2016.
