Kelia Pless is a seasoned professional in global compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Benefits and Recognition at Red Hat since June 2004. With a career progression from Compensation and Benefits Representative to their current role, Kelia has managed compensation operations for over 5,000 associates across 33 countries and led global expansion and M&A integration for the Compensation Team. A specialist in equity compensation strategy and compensation policy development, Kelia's experience includes significant contributions to compensation solutions that align with organizational talent strategies. Prior to Red Hat, Kelia worked as an HR Specialist at MAMSI Health Plans, where responsibilities included recruiting, employee benefits administration, and new hire orientation. Kelia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Meredith College.
