Maria Isabel Enciso

Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. In addition to this, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and work as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed as a university instructor at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching subjects such as applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
