Redouane Kachach

Redouane Kachach, PhD, is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at IBM since September 2024 and as a Senior Software Engineer at Red Hat since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Redouane held a Senior Research Engineer position at Nokia Bell Labs from July 2017 to December 2021, where notable achievements included leading the development of the Owl system, an innovative telepresence solution.
