Lauren Phelan-Pontes

Lauren Phelan-Pontes is an experienced account manager with a strong background in sales and financial operations. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Redi Carpet since August 2023, Lauren previously held the same title at B-Floored, LLC, where responsibilities included developing strategic sales plans and analyzing market data. Earlier experience includes serving as Accounts Receivable Manager at SIMBA INDUSTRIES, where Lauren managed credit and collection programs, and as Assistant Property Manager at Westwood Residential Companies, focusing on property representation and operational compliance. Lauren holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Brookhaven Community College and a High School Diploma from Wakeland High School.
