Michael Wilhide

Michael Wilhide has an extensive background in operations and maintenance management, with experience leading large teams in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments. In their most recent role as Director of Operations at Redi Shade, Inc., Michael oversees various operational functions. Prior to this, Michael held various leadership positions within the United States Air Force, where Michael managed maintenance operations, production, and training. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, as well as two Associate of Applied Science degrees in Instructor of Technology and Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
