Usha Kollu

Usha Kollu has over 20 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance (QA) and software testing. Usha is currently working as a QA Manager at Redica Systems since March 2023. Prior to that, they were a QA Manager at Divisions Maintenance Group from July 2021 to December 2022.

From August 2017 to July 2021, Usha worked as a QA Engineer at Zillow Group. Before that, they were a QA Analyst at Accurate Background from October 2014 to August 2017.

Usha served as a QA Lead at RealtyTrac.com from January 2011 to October 2014 and as a Sr. QA Analyst at Accruent from March 2008 to August 2010.

Usha also worked as a QA Lead at Commerce Velocity from December 2004 to January 2008 and as a Software Test Engineer at SchoolCity Inc. from June 2003 to November 2004.

Throughout their career, Usha has demonstrated expertise in QA management, software testing, and quality control.

Usha Kollu has a strong educational background with degrees from Osmania University. Usha obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce from 1995 to 1997. Following that, they pursued their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Usha has also obtained certifications in Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in October 2020 and Giving and Receiving Feedback from LinkedIn in April 2019.
