Ella Gershberg

Ella Gershberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and software development. Currently serving as the Team Leader of Enterprise Customer Success East at Redis since October 2020, Ella previously held the role of Technical Account Manager. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Amdocs from July 2015 to September 2020 included the position of Software Development Manager. Ella also contributed to Mavenir as a Software Development Manager and Software Engineer from October 2005 to July 2015. Earlier roles included Software Developer at EstateWorks and software development experience in the IDF from 1999 to 2001. Ella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering from Framingham State University and received training at Mamram (BASMAH).
