Shay Berman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Shay began their career in 1999 as a software engineer at IAF, where they worked on an extensive upgrading project and later served as a SysAdmin for Unix/Linux systems. After that, they joined Comverse in 2007, where they held roles as a Unix/Linux system developer and a Linux instructor. In 2011, Shay joined IBM, taking on various roles including Senior DevOps & Automation Developer, Teacher for internal courses, Product Owner, and Architect & Software Engineer.
