Tal Solomon

Tal Solomon has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Currently, Tal is working at Redis as the Senior Director of Product Design, leading the team in designing and improving the user experience of GUI platforms. Prior to Redis, Tal served as the Head of the Psychology & HCI program at The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, where they trained students in understanding and improving human-computer interaction. Tal also worked at Bank Hapoalim as a CX Team Lead, leading a team focused on creating user-centered financial solutions. Additionally, Tal has experience as a UX Advisor at Constru, a Senior UX Designer at HoneyBook, and a UX Guild Lead at Autodesk. Tal's earlier experience includes roles such as Teaching Assistant at The Academic College of Tel Aviv Yaffo, UX Architect at Pumika, and Team Leader and Instructor at One on One Test Preparation LTD. Tal also served as a Scouts Coordinator at Israeli Scouts.

Tal Solomon completed a Growth Series program at Reforge in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Cognitive Psychology & Human Factors (HCI, UX) from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences (Psychology & Sociology) from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo from 2009 to 2012.
