Heather Mason

Heather Mason, LSCSW, LCSW, currently serves as Program Manager and Co-Responder Team Lead at ReDiscover, where responsibilities include leadership in mental health response alongside law enforcement since November 2021. In parallel, Heather works as a Mental Health Clinician at Heartland Consultation Inc. Heather's previous experience includes various roles in mental health and victim advocacy, notably as a Mental Health Clinician at Signature Psychiatric Hospital and a Mental Health Co-Responder at Johnson County Mental Health. Heather has extensive experience in providing support to victims of domestic violence, having held positions at Rose Brooks Center Inc. and Hope House. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree in Family Services from the University of Northern Iowa.
