Della Stange

Della Stange is a Vice President Human Resources at Redlands Community Hospital and the Human Resources Director at Southwest Healthcare System. Prior to these roles, Della served as an Executive Director of People Services at Loma Linda University Medical Center and as a Director of Employment & Employee Relations at Loma Linda University Shared Services. With a background in Psychology, Della holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University-San Bernardino and a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands. Throughout their career, Della has gained extensive experience as a Human Resource Executive in healthcare and academic institutions.
