Oksana Zhevagina

Oksana Zhevagina is a Human Resources Development Executive at red_mad_robot since July 2021, specializing in assessing leadership qualities and potential, conducting over 50 assessments, and developing competency maps for various roles. Oksana has facilitated approximately 100 individual coaching sessions, monitored employee business results, and participated in various HR processes including onboarding and policy development.
